Shipping & Returns
We currently only ship items to Canada and U.S. All items are shipped via Canada Post. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and vary depending on location.
Orders can take up to 3 business days to be processed. You will receive an e-mail once your items have been shipped.
All items are eligible for returns within 30 days of the shipping date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and we will require proof of purchase. Any item not in its original packaging will not be refunded. To complete your return e-mail email@example.com.
Once your return is received we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If your refund is approved a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Unfortunately, sale/discounted items cannot be refunded.
We cannot offer exchanges however, if the product you want to return is unused and in its original packaging you can return it for a refund and order the alternative product
Any shipping costs associated with returns are the responsibility of the customer.
If you are shipping item(s) over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
